Exeter is a small town north of Launceston, located in the centre of a large rural area known for its orchards, dairy and beef cattle, fruit produce and sheep. Nearby is Brady's Lookout on the West Tamar Highway. The lookout was used by the infamous bushranger Matthew Brady to identify potential victims below and offers great views of the surrounding country side.

Exeter is just a 25 minute drive from Launceston.
